- **Policy Implementation:** Ensure the effective implementation of this policy and allocate resources to support mental health initiatives.
**Employee Responsibilities:**
- **Self-Care and Support:** Take responsibility for their own mental health and wellbeing and seek support when needed.
- **Supportive Behavior:** Support colleagues by promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
- **Engagement in Initiatives:** Participate in mental health and wellbeing initiatives offered by the company.
**3. Mental Health and Wellbeing Initiatives**
- **Mental Health First Aiders:** Train and appoint Mental Health First Aiders within the company to provide immediate support and guidance to employees experiencing mental health issues.
- **Employee Assistance Program (EAP):** Offer access to confidential counseling and support services through an outsourced provider for employees dealing with personal or work-related challenges.
- **Mental Health Training:** Conduct regular training sessions on mental health awareness, stress management, and resilience building.
